Sophie Fleur joined Bank Advisors in 2010. Sophie manages the firm’s credit-related services and the firm’s day-to-day operations. She utilizes over 25 years of commercial lending and direct real estate development experience in achieving the goals of his clients. Jeff dedicated over 6 years as a commercial real estate lender, financing over $300 million in commercial properties. As the head of project finance for Single Site Solutions, a R/E development firm, Sophie was directly responsible for financing and general management of over 75 new projects and stabilized properties with an aggregate value of over $400 million. With his experience as both a lender, consultant, and investor, Sophie has the unique ability to understand the challenges that his clients experience in a constantly changing economic and regulatory environment.
